China - Sri Lanka Exchange Association (CSLEA) is a non-profit organisation based in Shenzhen, China and Colombo, Sri Lanka. CSLEA is formed as an exchange platform for culture, commerce and education sectors. The organisation consist of academics, entrepreneurs, established businesses entities and students.

The core idea is to build a platform for Chinese and Sri Lankan nationals to exchange their skills, knowledge, expertise, and know-how to facilitate a progressive journey to both nations.

CSLEA aims to open up new avenues to both countries in untapped segments such as the high-tech, service, and creative industries.
